Certified instructor description: This workout follows a natural progression: from Pilates core-body matwork right into the fluid postures of hatha yoga. Focusing on breath and alignment, you’ll increase strength, balance and flexibility. This video includes a little less instruction than volume 1. And, instead of separate Pilates and yoga sections, Jonathan often intermixes his two workout styles in the first part of this video (e.g. a Pilates move followed by a yoga stretch). Jonathan Urla has specially selected the yoga to maximize comfort and safety as they continue the earlier ab/back muscle toning (e.g. cobra, cat pose). Ends with a very relaxing meditation segment. ©2000. DVD has:
Chapter menus.

Yogilates: Intermediate - Level Two |
    Love it |
| I am just getting into Yoga. The video has a little side view clip that shows you how to move into pose rather than looking at the person head on. It really helps. I use this video after work to unwind, and after a long hikes. I think I will purchase level 1 & 3 just to have to entire collection - posted by Deborah aka hikergirl on 4/27/2012 |

    Terrific yogi &pilates combo |
| I am a longtime yoga disciple, but I mix it up a lot. This is a really great blend of yoga and Pilates. It is a program that has good cuing for the beginner, but challenging enough for intermediate yogis. Some days you just want to mix it up, this is my go to DVD. - posted by Katya on 2/9/2012 |

    Good, not great. |
| This is a solid workout, and I love the menu options dividing the workout into segments. Jonathan blended Pilates and yoga well and there's a good mix of the two. It's just not challenging enough. I expected more of a workout from an intermediate level rating. Like I said at the beginning, I like this DVD, I just don't love it. - posted by Victoria on 1/26/2012 |

    Great Workout |
| This is the first video I have done with this instructor. He is excellent. I have not done much "official" yoga before, although I do pilates a lot. I really like the way he explains everything, is careful to teach modifications if you're "not there yet", and keeps up the pace in a wonderfully invigorating manner that is encouraging and feels good. This was much more enjoyable for me than Lee's yoga series. I am buying the Level 1 yogilates DVD to go with this one. It's great! - posted by Kathy on 11/11/2011 |

    Fabulous Yoga Experience |
| This dvd follows a natural progression from the beginner level Jonathan Urla instructs. Although it begins with some rather simple stretches, it continues to develop new positions and moves beyond the beginner stage. Jonathan's calm clear instructions guide you through each step of the workout. This is a fantastic workout! - posted by Debbie on 6/23/2011 |

    Wonderful! |
| This workout has absolutely zero "dread factor" to it. It's especially great if you're really sore from an intense workout. I feel strong and thoroughly stretched out after completing it. I really enjoy Urla as an instructor. His modifications are good, and he has a way of explaining the poses so that I can really "get" them and have it feel right (i.e. pressing on the floor with your hands so that your hamstrings can relax into a stretch). He's a soothing, calm and encouraging instructor. - posted by Jamie on 8/9/2010 |

| very rejuvinating |
| I felt really rejuvinated after this dvd. when I started it I thought it would be boring but after I got in to it I found it to be an interersting mix of pilates and yoga. It lifted my spirits and my body and mind felt really relaxed and stretched. It's a keeper and I will definately include this in my rotation using it for rest days. - posted by on 10/7/2005 |

| great video |
| I love doing this video the day after a hard workout....it's great for stretching you out. Even if I don't feel like exercising at all that day, this video is wonderful. I always feel better and more energized after doing it. - posted by debra on 5/3/2005 |

| Great Stretch! |
| I have been doing Pilates for the past 5 years. My son bought me a book about Yoga for Christmas, which I found very interesting. Since I don't have time to do both, this is really time-saving. I started using the book to get used to the tapes and love it. I don't think I could do Yoga without having experience in Pilates. I like Jonathan too, because he seems very patient. I am going to get his advanced Pilates and I have his Yogaliates 3. It's always fun to find new instructors who give a different perspective on exercise. - posted by Rosie G on 1/17/2005 |
