The Firm: Get Chisel'd |
    Fantastic |
| Rebekah is a great instructor, and I love this workout. The pace is good -- a little quicker than some, but put together and instructed very well. I didn't have any trouble keeping up at all, just took some deep breaths as I transitioned from the cardio bursts into the next weight segment. It's always great to work upper and lower body together, and I love the combination moves Rebekah uses at the end, in the core/chest segment. So happy I have this workout. It's a keeper. - posted by Marla on 4/15/2012 |

    Great Workout! |
| This was a good workout. I like the fact that she kept the workout going and not pausing in between. I like to use heavy weights so this was good for me too. And the short power bursts were an added bonus especially the squat thrusts. Could really do without those and the WHEW! was a bit much. All in all a great workout! - posted by Carrie on 3/4/2012 |

    Basic total body |
| This workout was a bit hard to follow at first...there's a lot of putting down then picking up weights throughout the whole routine, but admittedly, feels like a good workout when finished. - posted by Patty on 2/16/2012 |

    Very fast paced |
| I recently went from a beginner level to an intermediate fitness level. I have mixed feelings about this dvd. I do feel sore after using it so something seems to be working. I don't care for the instructor but that's a personal 'choice', others may not find her style annoying like I do. The workout is very fast paced, the first time I tried it I had to watch the move a few times before I could jump in. Now after using the dvd a few times, I can do the moves the first time. I'm not crazy with dvds that have you get on and off the floor in such a quick fashion but again it's a personal choice. (I tend to get dizzy though I keep going) Overall, I will keep using the dvd with other workouts to keep loosing the weight. - posted by Crystal on 2/9/2012 |

    Enjoyed |
| This video was challenging but fun at the same time. It gradually builds up in intensity and then before you know it you are done!!! Also love the add on section. - posted by Latona on 1/13/2012 |

One of my favorite Firm videos |
| When I first tried this video a couple of months ago, I wasn't impressed for some reason. However, after doing this video a second time, I can definitely say that it is one of my favorite Firm videos of all time (I also really like Dangerous Curves). I think this video really focuses on the important areas for a woman: butt, legs, stomach, back, and triceps. I do believe that form is more important in this video than the typical Firm workout; perhaps that is why I didn't seem to get much out of it the first time around. Also, the warm-up is deceptively simple, but by the half-way point, I was really sweating and huffing and puffing. I highly recommend this one! - posted by ohmira on 11/25/2011 |

    Okay... but |
| First, I want to say that I owe a debt of gratitude to The Firm because I developed my love of fitness and exercise because of them. I have been using them for years ever since they first came out and in my early years of exercising I enjoyed them very much. However, now that I am a more advanced exerciser I find The Firm routines a little, well, wishy-washy. I really wish the developers would take a look at some of the more challenging routines (Amy Dixon's tabata, Michelle Dozois, Patrick Gudeau, Kathi Frederich's core circuit) and develop a more advanced workout video. Having said that, however, I think The Firm dvds are good to have on those days when you don't feel so motivated. - posted by Debbie on 11/16/2011 |

    Great Workout! |
| I really like this instructor and generally buy anything that she teaches and am generally not disappointed. This is no exception. From start to finish she doesn't miss an opportunity to work but yet another muscle. I've been doing Firm exercise videos for many years and always feel like I'm getting a good workout. I like the way she goes from weight work to cardio. However, I have decided that jumping inches off the ground just isn't for me, so when she starts hopping around, I just jog in place....still leaves me breathless and I think I'm saving my knees. - posted by Joanna on 10/20/2011 |
