Tamilee Webb's Total Stretch

Great basic stretching
I bought this video because I was having low back and hamstring tightness. It was my own fault because I was stretching after workout videos, but I wasn't adequately stretching after non-vidoes (running or biking). I've now started doing one of the ten minute stretches after my outside exercises, and I'm feeling much better. I know it sounds silly that I can't do adequate stretching on my own, but I always seemed to skimp. These short ten minute segments are perfect - long enough to keep me from cheating, but not too long that I won't do one. I haven't tried the longer 30 minute segment yet, but I've done the shorter three 10 minute segemens several times and have found them all to be effective. - posted by Kathy on 4/27/2012
Great Stretch for 10 mins
This is a excellent stretch workout which provides an opportunity to stretch in ten minutes - standing, sitting or on the floor. When you have more time you can do the entire routine for 30 minutes. Wonderful addition to any workout routine to increase flexibility, balance and stretching. - posted by Janet on 4/9/2012
Pretty good
I like Tamilee, however, I didn't feel legs were stretched enough. Not bad overall though. - posted by Brenda on 3/30/2012
Total Stretch for Beginngers a great video for new to stretching folks...
Tamilee is a great teacher for people who have never stretched and she makes you feel like she's "one of us" in that she has certain areas of her body that are tight and have to be worked on! - posted by Heather on 3/29/2012
EXCELLENT stretch tape
I bought this tape for my husband because he likes to exercise but hasn't gotten into the stretching habit yet. Tamilee gives instructions for easy-to-get-to stretches and encourages going at your own pace. The beach setting is gorgeous and relaxing. I use both sessions in my rotation of stretch tapes, with this tape being my favorite. - posted by Sandy on 3/10/2012
Great!
I love this stretch video... It is perfect on it's own or after my Kettlebell workout... It's filmed in a beautiful Jamaican setting, and the music is soothing...I highly recommend this video.. - posted by Lynn on 3/1/2012
Easy to Follow Stretch
I love Tammilee's Total Stretch video. She explains how to do each movement and which muscle group it is benefiting. She speaks clearly and keeps moving through it, no time is wasted. The quality of the video itself is great. Each pose is easy to view, and the clarity of picture and voice are great. I am middle aged and have spinal stenosis, I needed a routine that was easy to follow along with explanation of movements. Tammilee fit that bill! I have used it about 4 times a week for three weeks now and I have more freedom of movement and less pain. I highly recommend this video for a total body stretch in about 30 minutes. Followed daily, it works wonders! - posted by Lori on 2/16/2012
I love this workout!
Oooooh it feels so good to stretch. I had been debating buying this video for sometime. I really should have done it when I first saw it. I love that there are 3 10 minute segments that are different but hit the whole body. They are great for my busy schedule. The 30 minute stretch feels so good and is very relaxing. Tamilee is very personable. The set is beautiful. Her instructions are clear. Just typing this review makes me want to go do a 10 minute segment right now. - posted by Cosheena on 2/13/2012
Just What The Doctor Ordered
We are older with muscle problems (no Doctor can really identify what it is), but we've been told that we needed muscle lengthening, joint loosening, and more flexibility. A lot of the stretches are what our Doctor told us to do regularly. We didn't want to go out somewhere and join something strange and expensive - we needed "conventional exercises" that we can do at home very conveniently. Its a big plus to have the separate 10 minute segments (standing, chair, and floor). The exercises are simple yet extremely effective. You have our blessings! - posted by Mr. and Mrs. Bunny on 12/6/2011
Great Stretch
This is a fantastic video. A great stretch for everyone. Yoga is too difficult for me. This allows me to stretch my muscles and relax. - posted by Mo on 10/20/2011

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
