Certified instructor description: Seven different abdominal programs — Tamilee’s all-time favorite ab workouts re-edited from her earlier productions. The variety is super-motivating. Each day of the week, you get different moves, styles and settings. The moves range from classic curls and crunches to newer rotational, balance and Pilates routines. Mostly floorwork, Tamilee also includes standing, kneeling and seated exercises. The cuing is friendly and easy to follow (and Tamilee’s own toned abs are truly inspirational). One workout requires 1 to 3 lb. dumbbells. ©2008. Original copyright: 2001-2007. DVD has: Chapter menus.

Tamilee Webb's Abs, Abs, Abs

ABS ABS ABS
Kind of a boring workout. Pace too slow, segments too short. Tamilee needs to pick up the pace and add people and lively music. Her instructions were ok. - posted by Eleanor on 4/19/2012
Love it
This abs video has it all. Each segment is short and to the point. It's a great add on to other workouts. Tamilee is great. I hope she comes out with more videos in the future. - posted by Nancy on 3/13/2012
Keeper
Definite keeper. Love that she has 7 different workouts - like to use a different one everyday for muscle confusion. Need to know though that these are advanced moves and some are very challenging. They are also older style so there are no plank exercises, which I was disappointed with. But if you are looking for classic ab moves done with a unique twist that you can do 10-15 minutes a day - this is the one. - posted by Michelle on 2/11/2012

i'm sorry that i had to return this one as it was to much for my back as i an 72 years old and could not do most of the work out. but it seamed to be a great cd. - posted by dot collins on 2/4/2012
Dangit, Tamilee does it again!!!
Okay, so I like Tamilee. I figured I would like this DVD because I really like her style anyway. And sure enough it's good. Who knew you could have killed your obliques in only 5 minutes on a chair?! These routines are a good with no excuse time limits and enough variation to keep your abs in a surprise attacked. - posted by HoneyCarmel on 2/1/2012
Tamilee the pro
i wish Tamilee would do a tight on time video covering the basics like she does these abs. different abs exercises for the short on time to get a better back or if your cleaning up your eating flatter abs. i'm ending up with something if i stick to it and there's varity to do just that. - posted by corine on 1/26/2012
Yes Yes Yes!
I wanted to buy another of Tamilee's excellent ab workouts and was pleasantly surprised to find this one. She's compiled the best of seven workouts which play in order after starting the first, or you can mix it up or skip around. For me, it's a huge bargain to get all 7 workouts on one DVD. And best of all, my favorite abs workout is the first! It also includes a stretch segment at the end. To me this is the best value for the money if you want to concentrate on strengthening and flattening your abs. - posted by Heidi on 1/21/2012
Like it!
This is my first video of Tamilee Webb's, and I quite like it. I feel my abs for a day after, so I know I've worked them hard in the 10 minutes or so. I like the instructor's quiet cues. I am an intermediate/advanced 48 year exerciser, and I found these just right for me. I don't get discouraged cause they're too hard, but they work me hard. - posted by Marlene on 12/23/2011
Abathon
I love having all of Tamilee's ab workouts on one dvd. Makes it so easy to just do an ab workout. I can just decide how hard or how long I need to work and they're all right there on one dvd. - posted by Prissy on 7/21/2011
Great Abs Workout
I always include any of her abs workout after my dance workout.. Hard but effective.. Love it - posted by Ester on 4/30/2011

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
