Certified instructor description: In a single piece of equipment, it combines the benefits of a step and a Bosu. The top platform is flat and solid — it provides a stable area that you use like a step. But this platform is supported by two bouncy, air-filled chambers — their reactive surface generates the balance and compression elements of a Bosu. In addition, the optional rubber tubing increases resistance for the toning exercises (the tubing fits into slots on the platform; you adjust the tension by switching slots). The kit comes with eight workouts on two DVDs. Two are cardio — basic step-style moves blended with jumps, lunges, hops and mountain climbers. Three are pure toning — they incorporate the tubing and often use the Step360 like a stability ball. The other two programs intermix the two styles in an aero/tone interval format. Step360 is 24 inches in diameter, 8 inches high. Comes with the tubing, an air pump and a “Weight Loss Success” booklet. ©2010. DVD has:
Wide screen.

    FINALLY! |
| I probably have 30 workout videos, elliptical and a treadmill. I always do them a time or two and quit. I bought this and I am hooked. It is fun and effective. I thought this would be just one more thing to add to my collection that collected dust. If I can stick to doing this, anyone can. - posted by Debbie on 1/31/2012 |

    A Good Quality Workout |
| I recently tried it the other day and boy oh boy did I feel it within 5 minutes of the workout. I loved the fact that the workouts are short (some days, I just don't have the energy or the time to do a longer video. The moves can be tricky to learn but it's not impossible. - posted by Marie on 1/30/2012 |

    More Step360LOVE!!!! |
| OK the Step360pro is a really cool tool to add to anyones regimen. I have been a trainer for 20+ years and tried everything known to man and woman. I liked this when I first saw it and have really fallen in love with the Step360.. If you want to get a new twist on your workouts and add some fun try this. I think its priced right and well worth it. Hope this helps if you were on the fence about buying. Grace :) - posted by Grace on 9/28/2011 |

    Great Workout |
| I have been in enjoying the Step360 for months, after about the first 2 or 3 times of doing the Dvds, I got into it. I love to run and I thought I was in shape, it is so true to mix it up because I was getting worked. I love the planks, turn up the burn is a favorite and I love the Love your Belly Butt and thighs, its a really great workout and I have kids so it happen to fit in my schedule perfect. I love doing two of the workouts to give me 40 Minutes of full toning. I have been enjoying it so much I hope they come out with more Dvds because I love how the Step360 isn't high impact on your body. I feel like I am getting a really great workout. And I have been getting compliments, my girlfriends are asking what I've been doing, so I want to Thank Step360 I am very grateful. Jennifer - posted by Jennifer on 9/6/2011 |

Pretty Good but the instructor- Oy! |
| The quality of the pieces are great and I have no reason to think that this is something that wouldn't last for a while. I also have a bosu and found that this is easier to incorporate with other workouts and works well with anything that uses a High Step/Fanny Lifter as well as the Firm Wave workouts; it's pretty knee friendly. I like the workouts that Cat leads, she has several workouts available on collage, and does well with cueing and the right amount of talk vs silence. Jesse however, does not stop talking. Ever. I also find it quite bothersome that in a couple of the workouts he just stands there and points at you and then at the platform. He does have redundant phrases and he's just a bit much in my book. The workouts themselves are great. I like that the 360 has cutouts along the entire disc to hook on the resistance bands and it does offer quite the balance challenge. Being able to secure the bands in is new to me and it's a nice feature; no slipping. The workouts clock in anywhere from 9 minutes to 22. Push ups and planks on and off of the 360 is unique. I think this is what The Firm was going for as far as stability when they tried the Wave. It's easier on the ankles than a bosu but also has a larger working surface. I like it, I just wish Jesse would take a breather. - posted by FitChic on 5/31/2011 |

    STEP 360 ROCKS |
| I am loving this workout. You can feel the burn and the tightening of the core immediately after the workouts which are short and to the point. Jessie is awesome and very nice to look at when you are sweating up a storm. I do this workout first thing in the morning. It fits really well time wise into my day and I am loving the results. Iit is also fun and challenging. Highly recommended from this Louisiana Girl and I have tried the all. - posted by TABATHA on 4/19/2011 |

Great Equipment, Not So Great Instructor |
| The Step 360 is a great piece of equipment -- fun and low impact, but still able to give a high intensity workout. The instructor is cute as can be, but unbelievably annoying. He NEVER stops talking -- and he repeats his favorite lines ad nauseum. I did all 8 workouts the first day -- they are not that hard, but are okay for beginners. I will probably never use the workouts on these DVDs again (unless I'm too tired to work out); however, I have already used the 360 with other workouts. With a little common sense and a few modifications, I will be switching the 360 with my regular step to keep things fun and fresh -- even with old workouts! - posted by Elaine on 4/16/2011 |
