    This REALLY Works! |
| At first my legs were blown away from this DVD and I had major DOMS. What a surprise since I workout and own a large selection of fitness videos. There's something really special going on here with the series and structure of the formats and the abs exercises blew me away, too. The difference in my lower body shows. I could go on!     Excellent workout |
| This really is a great workout. I read what everyone said about it being tough and I figured that I would have no problems with it. I am 54 years old and an intermediate/advanced exerciser who is getting back into shape. I have done FIRM workouts for years and am used to a lot of squats and lunges. The instructor is great and really walks you through the exercises. I did the first two parts of the workout for legs and abs and thought "Wow, that was hard, but I did it. Not so bad." The next morning I swung my legs out of bed and that's when the pain hit me. I could barely walk! Muscles hurt that I didn't even know I had. I couldn't even exercise the next day. I took it a little easier for a few days until my legs felt better and then did the second part of the DVD. It was not as intense; either that or my legs had loosened up a bit. I haven't tried the first part again, but I have been doing other leg/glute workouts to get accustomed to it and plan to try again soon. My goal is to be able to do this on a regular basis. My suggestion is to work up slowly to this DVD by just doing one part at a time unless you are an advanced exerciser. It's really deceiving how intense it is until the day after you completed it.     Tough but Worth it! |
| Very effective workout and tough especially if you do both routines back to back. Well worth it, though! I see a difference in exercise clothes. Seems like the second "master move" workout is not as challenging at first (as the "mega" segment) and then I realize it is every bit as strong and just as worthwhile as the first workout - but challenging in an entirely different way.     Ab workout is nearly impossible |
| Lower body workout is great. Weights with cardio and definitely worth it. I was a little disappointed with the ab workout as she can do some amazing things with her abs but I can't keep up because it's just too difficult for me so I end up getting no ab workout at all....just do my crunches. - posted by Renee on 5/6/2012 |

    Ouch! |
| I did the entire workout for the first time yesterday and I am very impressed. The music and instructor were very motivating as I pushed through the difficult moves.     basic, but effective |
| No surprises here, just basic movements performed by the instructor with repetition and fidelity. Not a good choice on days I need to feel motivated, since the music and cuing is not energetic enough for me. Great for days when you have a limited amount of time, but want to complete a good, targeted workout. I like being able to choose the workout type and length. - posted by kathy on 1/26/2012 |

    Helped me lose more than 50 pounds! |
| I have been doing this video 2 to 3 times per week for 8 months (I do an upper body tape the other 2-3 days and cardio every day) and I have lost more than 50 pounds in that time! I love this DVD.
