Kari Anderson's Center Floor |
    Kari Anderson Center Floor |
| Kari is one of my very favorite instructors. I always feel comfortable with Kari and love her personality and style. This is another good one, however I found this one contains a little too many similarities and repeats of some of the others that I already have. I was hoping for something new and different. But for beginners who are buying a Kari workout for the first time, I recommend it. Keep in mind that it is truly a Beginner/Inter, so if you are young and strong, and up to a good challenge, I recommend Kari Anderson's Angles, Lines & Curves. This was one I did for years and never tired of and is one of the best workouts ever! - posted by Carolle on 2/2/2012 |

    Kari's center floor |
| good intense work out, more for the trained dancer, then the non.
Clear direction, not overly talky, reasonable music, and decent length. Felt like like a studio class, hard to achieve in a video. Kudos to Kari. - posted by Andrea on 1/26/2012 |

    Graceful and Effective |
| This is a nice workout. I find that it can be a very good workout for the butt if you keep your knees straight as Kari instructs, this position will make you tighten the buttocks area. As always, Kari is likable, professional and her instructions are right on. It is definitely a graceful DVD and the moves are great for your posture. - posted by Ritela on 1/5/2012 |

Pleasant but a little boring |
| This workout is pleasant to do and the exercises are good and feel good, but I have yet to do this DVD all the way through. I always lose interest before the end -- the music is lousy and I find the pacing of the workout monotonous. I'm keeping it, however, for days I want a quieter routine. - posted by Rebecca on 10/20/2011 |

    Great leg workout |
| This is more of a dancers workout. Really focuses on the legs, wouldn't consider it a total body workout. Kari is strong and graceful and moves fairly quickly through this workout. Good for alternate days when you don't want high impact. - posted by Deb on 10/9/2011 |

Easy to follow dance-based choreography |
| Kari Anderson's DVDs offer the kind of instruction that customers will want to have for their regular fitness regimen. Her teaching style is encouraging and her choreography is always excellent. Her routine is balanced and can be done all at once or in segments. I have been teaching group fitness classes for 20 years and I always learn something new from Kari. - posted by Sarah McKechnie on 10/6/2011 |

If you want to look like a ballet dancer ... |
| This is the tape for you if you want a strong, lean, toned ballet dancers body. I simply love it. My muscles are getting longer and leaner and I am getting stronger and firm with this workout. No bulking or thickness. I highly recommend it if this is the look you want. There is also no pounding or stress on the joints. It took me 10 years to learn that you have to work out like this to stay lean. Kari is excellent as usual and she brings her daughter (who is also long, lean, and very toned) to this workout. - posted by Lina on 9/17/2011 |

    Fun Workout |
| I really enjoy this workout. Kari's pacing is great and she does a good job explaining the moves, which are fluid and very effective. The really cool background music also makes this workout fun. Overall, if you want to turn your body into an elegant dancer's body, this DVD would be a good start. - posted by Audrey on 9/17/2011 |

A nice intro to ballet workouts |
| On a scale of ballet fusion workouts I've done more than once or twice, I'd put Extend Barre at the most challenging end followed by Element Ballet Conditioning then maybe Ellen Barrett and then Center Floor. This is a good, graceful workout. It's well cued. Kari is professional, focused and likable. However, it's not one of the most difficult workouts out there--which is good news on days when you feel like doing less or you are new to this style of workout. There is not enough arm work so on some of the standing leg work, instead of holding my arms down as they do in the video, I hold my arms in second or fifth position instead. I have torn knee cartilage but I was able to do this workout without difficulty other than a bridge variation near the end. I like this but I hope I push myself to do Element or Extend a little more often instead. - posted by Vanessa on 9/15/2011 |

Kari Anderson Center Floor Strength and Flow |
| I liked this exercise program very much. It is a little different, which is what she says on the intro to the program. It gives you a different sort of workout. I liked it very much. - posted by Sandra on 9/15/2011 |
