Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones |
    feel the burn |
| I recently purchase "No More Trouble Zones", and am very pleased with it. I get my cardio in and burn calories by running, but I needed something to help me tone up all over. This video has what it takes! The first time I used it I was sore for 3 days after, but I jumped back in on the 4th day and kept going. Unless you are in really good shape, I recommend not using over 3 lb weights. I tried to start with 5 lb and it was too hard. Sometimes I don't use any weight with some of the moves, but still get a really good workout. - posted by Kellye on 5/17/2012 |

Favorite, go-to, total body workout. |
| I bought this DVD a while ago, but I was too afraid to start using it -- Jillian always seemed too gnarly/aggressive. BUT, I finally tried it out, and sure enough, I got my butt (whole body) kicked. Jillian was actually quite pleasant, so I challenged myself to stick to it. I rotate to this DVD about twice/week, and I have been VERY pleased with the results. I've been able to get further and further into it before tuckering-out, which means that my strength and endurance are improving! I think I'll be able to do the whole thing in a week or so, and I look forward to it. I'm 40 and pretty athletic, but I've got some vanity pounds to lose. I do NOT strive to have a man body -- I just want to tone up! - posted by Karolyn on 5/11/2012 |

    Great workout |
| Love this dvd! I wish she would do more like this one. It is exactly what it claims to be. She works you hard and gives you modifications if needed. - posted by Belinda on 5/4/2012 |

    kicked my butt |
| A good, solid, no non-sense total body workout, much harder than I thought it would be. Definitely a keeper. - posted by liz on 4/25/2012 |

Hard work nets great results! |
| For those who leave reviews complaining about how these workouts were harmful to their knees, the disclaimers at the beginning of these DVDs clearly state that you should always check with your physician to see if the workout is right for you. The frank truth is, not every workout is meant for everybody. So as long as you're in decent physical shape, meaning, you have no existing condition that would hamper your joints etc., this workout is for you. If you don't mind working hard and pushing yourself, NMTZ is for you. I am a big fan of Jillian's but one thing I wish she would encourage in her future videos is the use of heavier weights. Not necessarily heavy, but at the very least heavier. This would help dispel the myth held amongst women that they'll get bulky if they lift heavier. Not at all true. Even if you start off with 3lbs weights the goal should always be to eventually go heavier, because if you do you'll see even greater results. NMTZ helps you hit all the troublesome spots just as it promises, but you have to be willing to bring it to see results. I would definitely recommend this workout to anyone who means business. - posted by ARE09 on 4/13/2012 |

    No More Trouble Zones |
| I am simply loving this workout; it's very challenging and I am seeing results already. I enjoy Jillian's workouts as they are very unique and diverse. This dvd is great because I'm not looking to lose weight, but to strengthen and tone my body. - posted by Mia on 3/15/2012 |

This one's gonna take me a while! |
| I love the challenge of this video. Have Been doing the 30 Day Shred and wanted something longer for the weekends. This video made me realize I have a way to go to get strong. It's tough! Great for "muffin tops", "back fat", "bat wings" and those tough-to-get areas! First time out, I only did about half of the video, but am working at it slowly to avoid injury (am in mid-50's). I would recommend this video, but for me, it will be a while before I can do it all! - posted by Patti on 3/8/2012 |

    Excellent workout! |
| I've been doing this workout for over 2 months now and it still kicks my butt! It's got just the right mix of weights/cardio/ab work. A friend and I workout after work and Wednesdays are designated "Jillian" days and we know we're in for a tough session. - posted by Patty on 3/8/2012 |

    love this video! |
| So far I have loved every video Jillian has, I think she is a great instructor and motivator. I definitely recommend this video and I don't feel over whelmed, which motivates me to do it! - posted by Angela on 2/16/2012 |

    Returned It |
| What really bothered me is when there is no consistency. Jillian had good exercises, but the counts were off. One side she would do 8 reps, the other she would do 10. This happened a few times throughout the workout and I think with all these names in the closing credits, not one of them was responsible to check the integrity of the workout from a repetition standpoint? - posted by Melissa on 2/9/2012 |
