    Amazing results |
| I am 24 plus size and desperate to lose weight, and when Jillian says you will shred, you will shred even when you are doing it as a beginner. I have seen amazing results. I was not able to complete the warm up without being exhausted, and after the first 5 days it was less challenging to start with, but I broke a big sweat and was sore an hour later.     Great Workout |
| I LOVE this workout program. I am normally not a fan of video programs, I prefer the treadmill and weights. This DVD has converted me and I'm actually on this site to pick up a few more of Jillian's programs. I've read a lot of reviews saying you can't skip past the intro, I've been able to just hit the menu button a couple of times and go straight into the workouts. If it takes you into workout one and you want a 2 or 3, just hit menu again and it will pop you back to the screen where you can choose your program or your options. Hope this helps because I would hate for someone to miss out on such a great, butt-kicking workout. - posted by Dawn on 5/2/2012 |

| I really love this workout - it is totally do-able in terms of time commitment and really works out your whole body! BUT, I absolutely HATE that you can't skip the intro and explanation which is a good 3 - 5 minutes.     Challenging 20 minutes! |
| I love this workout! It really kicks my butt and fits into my schedule. There are 3 levels, so it's flexible skill/strength-wise. Jillian is her tough, supportive self and focuses on getting form and posture right to avoid injury. Video includes a feature of music only in case you do the video often and no longer need the instruction. After 2 weeks of level one, I'm starting to see a difference! - posted by Patti on 3/8/2012 |

    Challenging, Yet Effective! |
| I am 57 and have always tried to stay active. This video was a bit of challenge for me, but if you stick with it, you will notice results and weight loss and you will sweat! I did have to modify some of the moves because of lower back and hip issues, especially the jumping jacks. Overall, I'm very pleased with this dvd and it's one of my favorites. | I am a regular video exerciser and certified (since 1990) group exercise instructor. I also work as a nurse and look for videos that I can get in prior to my shifts. I love the format of aerobics, strength and abdominal/core work. Great workouts that are just under 30 minutes but feel complete. Since it is a 30 day shred I have done one a day since 1-1-12 and do feel stronger. Like Jillians instruction-minimal talk and direct workout. Only complaints:Hate the ads for the biggest looser-there is no way to get to the workout without watching these, can fast forward but not skip. Also don't need her intro-again can not fast forward thru it. Also wish there were diet guidelines for a 30 day "shred" program. | What can I say? It's Jillian. No complaints on this workout or any other Jillian workout I've purchased except that she's crazy ..lol.. Crazy about making sure that you get the results she promised. I like how she breaks down the sections. I like the 3-2-1 weights, cardio, abs except I'd like a longer ab section but hey I can make that up on one of my ab tapes afterwards. I also like that she puts a twist on basic exercise moves and works multiple body parts at once and mixes toning with cardio. Jillian is fun and interactive, a little rough around the edges but so am I so she doesn't offend me in the least bit. I just want a good workout. Sometimes I like to do multiple workout tapes for 1 to 2 hrs and other times I just want a quick 20 - 30 minute workout so this tape fits right in. I've worked out for just about 30 years, way back in the days of Gil and Ada. I do weights, cardio, step, pilates, yoga, kickboxing, belly dancing and so forth.     Love this DVD |
| This was my first Jillian DVD and it got me hooked. I had to restart my 30 days halfway through because I had a death in the family that derailed me but I saw huge results regardless. I lost about ten pounds, 2 bra sizes and a pant size. I also got major toning in my legs. I only got some toning in my arms but those take forever to tone so that was me not the DVD. | I am officially a new Jillian fan! I am a fitness instructor and I have been teaching for 15 years. I find Jillian to be motivating. Her cueing is very good and she gives you different options to modify the exercises (this is very important for me). I have seen results on my body and I'm happy to have found this video.
