Certified instructor description: A fluid series of easy-to-follow yoga poses. It's an elegant, graceful program designed to lengthen your muscles and increase flexibility. The moves are all familiar basics — classic poses like mountain, chair, warrior and cobra. Jennifer keeps them moving by linking your breath to the motions and using shorter-than-usual holds. She also includes lots of level and position modifications (e.g. an easier "knees down during a side plank" option). It all ends with a gentle series of deep-muscle stretches and soothing relaxation moves. Calm, voice-over cuing. DVD includes a 13-minute yoga tutorial. ©2011. DVD has: Programmable chapters, Wide screen.

Jennifer Galardi's Flowetry

Flowerty
I've been doing yoga for years. This dvd is a good switch up from the other ones I use. Jennifer is an excellent instructor - posted by Karen on 4/7/2012
Perfect for beginners.
Love the way she explains how to before getting started so one knows exactly how their body should be positioned. Love the flow of the workout. For a person who just started about three months ago I feel and see difference. I had purchased a few workout programs and this was the the best one to follow and enjoy. Love a good workout that makes me sweat. - posted by Jeannette on 3/25/2012
Yoga
I've been doing yoga for years, Jennifer, does not concentrate on the breath, just wants you to do it so fast. That is what yoga is not!! - posted by Kennyann on 3/8/2012
Liked it!
I really like this instructor and liked the yoga in this one! I took out 1 star because I really don't like the almost white background.... - posted by Sandy on 2/19/2012
Great Video
I was very impressed with this video. I am new to Yoga and it was very easy to follow. There was a segment devoted to showing all the poses used in the series. I took 3 beginner classes at a studio - and I have to tell you - this video did a better job of demonstrating than the instructors I had at the studio. Thanks - posted by RBV on 2/16/2012
Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

Programmable chapters
X
At the beginning of your workout, you can select the exact segments you want to play that day. The DVD will then play all those segments in the order you chose.
Wide screen
X
The program fully fills a wide-screen television screen. Note: These videos will display black bars at the top and bottom on a traditional 4 x 3 ratio TV screen.
