Great Ab Workout, except..
I love this workout!! The ab moves really work, and I love the idea of using the black and white contrast. The only problem I have is that Kelly talks WAY too much, and the constant high-pitched "Woooos!" I found to be annoying. I really like Kelly Rowland, but this is not HER video....it's Jeanette Jenkins. So let Jeanette be the star. - posted by Kelly on 1/14/2012

Reading a Time Graph

Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.
