Jackie Warner's Xtreme Timesaver Training |
This is a good video |
| I like the way she has cardio mixed with the strength. I feel like I have a great workout when I finish. - posted by Christine on 5/3/2012 |

    LOVE it |
| This workout is great. The first couple of times I did it, it took me a while to figure out I was hearing the pounding of my heart! All you need are a few hand weights and a mat. The moves are straight-forward, and work upper and lower body at the same time. Changes are fast-paced, so it stays interesting. Not too much chit-chat. I am 48 and I hope this dvd will help me shed those last 10 lbs. I also really like the Jari Love 30min bootcamp dvds for a quick workout. - posted by Beth on 4/19/2012 |

Pleasantly surprised by this fun & challenging workout |
| I'll admit that some video instructions scare me! I bought this based on reviews and need to try something new. 30 minute workouts are great when you're low on time and this one WORKS your entire body and keeps your attention due to the compound moves. Jackie Warner challenges you but remains calm. However, the promotional cover looks a little intimidating (Xtreme, 0% body fat). Do home exercisers really want to work that hard??!! - posted by Peggy on 4/17/2012 |

    Great workout |
| this is one of the best workout dvds I have done in years. I am 56 years old and it makes me sweat. It takes some extra hang in there effort, but it's worth it. Love It !! - posted by Joyce on 4/12/2012 |

    Appropriately named ... |
| Jackies' timesaver workout is awesome! I would consider myself intermediate to advanced for aerobic type workouts. I've recently incorporated weight training consistently and needed something for beginners in this area. This cd provided an entire body workout that definitely challenged me. I've added light weights (3 lbs) but the moves are so simply and well cued more advanced folks will be able to do heavier weights. It was well worth the purchase and I highly recommend this workout!! - posted by Tracey on 4/12/2012 |

    OMG!!! |
| This workout is great. I tried one of Jackie's first videos and didn't love it. This one is amazing. I am sweating buckets and just when I'm about to give up, its over. No boredom here. Time flies by. - posted by Lisa on 4/6/2012 |

    Fast & Effective |
| This workout is very fast and efficient. It is only 30 minutes, yet you get a really good workout. This is a nice change from my Jillian Michaels DVDs. This is ideal for me because I work full time and I'm exhausted when I come home, so I am not in the mood to do a long workout. But this DVD is very short, and I get a good workout! This workout is pretty tough, after doing this for the first time in a few months my body is extremely sore, particularly my lower body. My only complaint about Jackie is her cueing. Her transitions between moves is way too fast. Other than that, very good workout. - posted by JV on 3/28/2012 |

    Great Traveling workout |
| I really like this video. Whenever I travel I bring this with me, I'm able to get a great workout - no matter the size of the room. I bring lighter sneakers for packing, but because there isn't alot of jumping or extreme movements the heavy support from running shoe isn't needed. Although it seems like there's not alot of cardio - don't be mislead - Jackie does a great job of involving upper/lower body to get you sweating. She quickly moves b/t exercises so your heartrate stays up - but NO dread factor. Lastly - one other feature I really like here - no counting! Overall, it's a great video, I like the music, her voice isn't annoying after the 20th time doing it. - posted by Janette on 3/27/2012 |

| love it! it's short. gets right to the point. intense but not so much so that I couldn't make it all the way through. love the resistance training integrated with each set .. makes the workout worth while. - posted by sue on 3/22/2012 |

    Quick Challenging Workout |
| Great workout and easy to follow. Only need a set of hand weights which is great. I do it during my baby's nap time since it only about a half hour, but a really challenging workout. I wish she had a segment specifically devoted to abs instead of incorporating core strength into some exercises, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. - posted by Sharon on 3/15/2012 |
