Certified instructor description: Two totally ab-focused workouts - one done standing, one done on the floor. You can get shapely abs — the exercises are effective; the moves are varied; the programs are easy-to-schedule (“hey, it’s only 17 minutes”). The first series engages your core with standing torso rotations and diverse leg exercises (e.g. you’ll challenge your abs by lifting one leg off the ground and holding it there). The second workout features a medley of classic abdominal floorwork. It uses a huge variety of plank variations, but no actual crunches. Includes easier modifications. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2010. DVD has: Wide screen, Close captions, Region 1.

Jackie Warner's Crunch-Free Xtreme Abs

Love!
This is a great video for your abs. I Love that it is all mixed up and different. I can really feel the burn on these moves. - posted by Kareina on 4/5/2012
One of my favorites-
This is not as concentrated an ab workout as I was expecting, but it is excellent nonetheless. Jackie's compound moves will definitely hit every muscle group. I also love the way she works out--it appeals to me personally. Fun, good instruction, but not alot of music and chatting and choreography. Jackie is a serious trainer with a light approach but you can tell she is about business. I drip sweat at the end of every one of her videos. - posted by Sharon on 3/30/2012
Excellent Ab Work Out
This works just stick with it!!!! - posted by Donna on 3/15/2012
Love it!
I use this workout in conjunction with my Elliptical machine as I hate doing floor crunches. I really like JW workouts. I like how her workouts are total body, you can modify if you need to or amp it up when you feel strong. I have 2 other JW workouts and use them all along with a Brooke Burke strength training DVD I also got from Collage! I like to mix up my workouts between 2-3 things I like to do. Walks outside along with my DVD's some days, and my elliptical machine. Less boring that way for me. - posted by Vsgirl on 3/15/2012
Am I Missing Something?
This workout was just okay. I don't understand all the rave reviews. I've had this workout for quite a while and used it once. I don't see how the exercises will be effective in the long run. And way too much chit chat going on. So much so that it's hard to focus on what you're doing. I like to get down to business when working out and concentrate on the task at hand. Since working out with Cathe and Kelly Coffee, I have much admiration for instructors who do every exercise with you, rather than walking around taunting the exercisers and trying to look cute. - posted by Monica on 3/11/2012
What about the abs?
My fitness level is intermediate. I like doing ab work but I do not have the time for anything more than half an hour. Fifteen minutes sounds just right for me. However, I felt the workout more in my arms, legs and buttocks and less in my abs. I thought there was not enough time between ending one move and getting ready for the next move. Overall the ab work standing or on the floor did not work for me. - posted by Laverne on 1/26/2012
love this workout
I have a lot of DVDs, and a lot of abs/core DVDs, so I always hesitate to buy new ones. I bought this one recently, and I am so glad I did. It is not like any other ab workout that I have. Both workouts are great and I find them very challenging. This is a great addition to a home workout program even if you already have a lot of ab workouts in your collection! I usually add one of these ab workouts on to either a cardio day or a weight day where I want more ab work. I liked this so much I came back and about her xtreme timesaver as well. - posted by Ann on 1/21/2012
No fuss, no muss, results oriented
I love this workout. She is 'real', and gives you a good 20 minute rountine -- regardless of which one you do. I couldn't do both 20 minutes routines in one session -- but I'm just getting back into shape since April. Someone more advanced might be able to do both. Thanks for the FAST (like lightening) shipping, and quality products. - posted by Jean on 1/19/2012
Love It!
This is a great compliment to Jackie's Xtreme Timesaver Training. You get 2 ab workouts. One standing and one floor workout. Both utilize optional lights weights just to kick things up a notch. Your waistline will love you when you're done. Don't be surprised if your legs and lungs also get a nice workout while you're at it ..you won't be disappointed - posted by Nicole on 1/17/2012
Abs-solutely good
I do this video with 5lb weights for the 1st section. I feel it! You will also get cardio out of this video. This is a great little 30 min dvd. I feel it.... also works my legs and arms this is not just abdominal work. I have her 30 minute Time Saving dvd and prefer this one. - posted by TED on 12/22/2011

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
