Ilaria's BodyStrikes |
    Good lower body workout |
| This is a very good video for your lower body. I wanted something that I could do from home and I don't have the machines for lower body workout. However, doing squats and lunges by myself was a bit boring so this video gives me someone to work out with from my home. She really pushes you and if you do everything she does, you will be sore. I am not able to do as many reps as she does and I most definitely feel it after each workout. - posted by Monica on 4/5/2012 |

    Legs on FIRE! |
| Ilaria is an awesome instructor! Martial arts based workouts have always set well with me. Even though I am drenched at the end of this workout, I'm not gasping for air as in some of the more plyo-based leg workouts. My legs are looking leaner and I have more stamina for running. - posted by Angela on 3/29/2012 |

    A definite 'yes' |
| Not easy, but definitely a class to work up to over a series of weeks. Ilaria is my favorite instructor. You can tell she walks the walk. And her calm and kind demeanor is encouraging. I'm looking forward to the day I can keep up with the whole class. No regrets. - posted by Barbara on 3/29/2012 |

Short without any wasted moves |
| In 40 minutes I know I can get a great workout that is also straightforward and not dancey, which I have a hard time following. I like not having to use any equipment as well-- just the weight of my body. - posted by Cecile on 3/25/2012 |

    Illaria body strikes |
| Awesome work out. It is a definite challenge and works the whole body, though the lower body is the focus. I needed to have a workout which concentrated on my quads since many workouts include squats and work the hamstrings and buttocks. This workout gets everything on the legs, and those jiggly thighs firm up. Ilaria is clear and controlled with her coaching. The workout is calm, deliberate and engages your full attention. It is enjoyable not at all boring and is well cued. I haven't completely mastered it yet, but I'm motivated to achieve mastery. It's now on my 'A' list! - posted by Iris on 1/27/2012 |

    Excellent lower body routine |
| I am in the process of owning all of Ilaria's workouts. This lower body emphasis workout is a great one to do on days that I don't go to the gym and use weights. She does strengthening moves, balance moves and muscle lengthening all interspersed throughout the workout. As a Kempo Karate student, I also love her incorporation of kicks and emphasis on technique. An added bonus is Ilaria's attitude, excellent cueing and smile. I could work out with her every day! If you want to learn more proper karate techniques and upper body moves, check out her other Powerstrike videos. I can't recommend her videos enough! Go buy one now!! - posted by Dawn on 1/9/2012 |

    Great lower body workout |
| I've done this workout 4 times now and I really like it. The first time was really tough, but gets easier. Very good lower body workout. Your legs will be rock hard in no time. Highly recommend. - posted by Kim on 11/14/2011 |

Super Basic Moves Carve your Butt! |
| As much as I hate to admit it, no matter how many times i watch a step, cardo or aerobic video or attend a class, I still get confused by even basic choreography! Ilaria makes me feel like a cardio hero with this super basic video with repetition and a positive attitude! The moves are tough and you focus on form rather than tripping over your feet! I felt like I was getting one on one training on form. You feel this workout for days and can't wait to step into the "studio" again! - posted by Ingrid on 9/5/2011 |

    great lower body |
| i got this a few weeks ago, but only recently started using it. upon initially watching it my thoughts were "meh, doesn't look like much" but then i actually did it & my opinion quickly changed. done consistently this one will work the lower body. there's really no "glitziness" but it felt like i was working with an actual trainer. one thing i LOVED was that she gives technical pointers especially regarding posture from start to finish. another thing is they actually show the entire body working out- i hate when the instructor is showing a lower body move & the camera is on the face! none of that here. Only negative is that the music is louder than the instructor, but once you know the moves that's not so much an issue. - posted by Tee on 8/18/2011 |

Easy to Follow, yet not boring |
| I really liked this one because it is easy enough to follow, even without the sound once you have done it a few times. You work up a sweat, but don't feel totally drained once you have finished. I enjoy having something I can do when I am still waking up or get lost in without having to "think" my way through the steps. it is kind of like running that way, you feel relaxed after you are done. I don't feel as though it does too much for strengthening the lower body, but I guess it was described under toning which can mean just about anything. If you build muscle easily it will work better, if like me, you need to really work at it, you will need something more. - posted by Joann on 6/30/2011 |
