Certified instructor description: Taught by an authentic ballroom dance professional, you get moves derived from Cha Cha, Samba and Jive. It’s a great way to burn fat as you practice a variety of fun, flirty steps you can take to the nightclub floor. Each dance style is taught in a separate segment. Within each segment, you also get a lively mix of movement variations (e.g. the Cha Cha “triple step” has a completely different pattern than the usual Cha Cha). Kristina Milova’s upbeat attitude and easy-to-follow cuing is exceptionally motivating. Lots of foot-movin’ music with a solid beat. DVD includes an 18-minute dance step tutorial. ©2008. DVD has:

Dance Off the Inches: Dance it Off Ballroom |
    enjoyed |
| This is a fun video. It is vastly easier to do than most other dance videos I have seen out there. The instructor has a very pleasant voice and is a very good instructor. I liked most all of the dance steps. I hope she comes out with more videos! I would recommend that you practice the steps. If you don't, it might be a challenge. - posted by Julie on 3/29/2012 |

    love this workout |
| was looking for a fun and fairly easy workout to help with my arthritis. This tape is great, you learn the steps at your own pace and practice it each day, takes about 45 mins and I feel good results in just 3 weeks. Doing these specific moves has helped my back pain without any major strain. It did take me a week of practice to catch on, but now I am doing it from beginning to end several times a week and feel great. I would highly recommend it, plus it's fun. - posted by Julie on 3/7/2012 |

42 minutes fly by! This is a very fun video. |
| It has taken me about 6 viewings to get the steps down right, but, I am not particularly coordinated! The steps guide has been a big help. I would tell anyone trying this video to be patient. You'll be dancing and stepping your way into a very fun workout in no time. I would definitely recommend Dance Off the Inches. - posted by Vivian on 3/1/2012 |

More fun the more you do it |
| I've never ballroom danced before, but have done latin-style dance videos in the past. Though all of the steps were clearly taught by the instructor, I had to dance the video maybe four times before I felt I was really following all of the moves correctly and really "dancing" them. The first time I did the video a few of the steps were tricky, but now after about six times I can do it. I think having a few tricky steps is a good thing. I really feel like I've accomplished something once I finally "get" them. I don't like routines that are too easy because I get bored easily. I do wish the video was slightly longer because it really is fun. I hope to find more ball-room style videos like this one. - posted by Crystal on 2/10/2012 |

    Amazing and Fun |
| This is even better than I hoped. Great cuing, really fun, and you can work up a sweat with it. It's a wonderful change of pace from the usual aerobics. I suggest that you review the steps first before you do the workout to get the most out of it. - posted by gl on 1/26/2012 |

    Fun! |
| This one is fun! I like it. I like the instructor, she breaks it down where you can understand. Can't wait to really learn this one and become graceful at it. It is enjoyable and I'll keep trying. - posted by Sherry on 1/3/2012 |

    Dance it off ballroom |
| Very good dance video. Easy to follow. Very good cueing. If you love to dance this is a great workout because you don't need a partner. I love to dance and I found this fun because it's a great workout without feeling like you're working out. - posted by Linda on 11/5/2011 |

    Fun Video |
| I have several dance videos and this is by far my favorite. After viewing the video a few times I was able to master the technical part of the steps. The fun part for me now is moving beyond the technicalities of the dance steps & start incorporating the actual ballroom style the instructor uses. I get a nice workout and am very energized at the end. Kristina Milova does a very nice job of instructing and I would love to see her come out with another video. - posted by Linda on 6/25/2011 |
