nice beat
Quite like this fast beat,like the country songs,but there is a pause and empty time between songs i didn't like i get going into the walk song is over ,,dead slence,, then about 10 seconds a new song RATHER ANOYING ,,BUT I LIKED THE SONGS,,and will use it again.. - posted by cathy on 3/14/2010
Great 1st walking cd
This is the first walking cd that I owned, I downloaded it onto my MP3 player and listen to it on my treadmill. With this Level, I walk at a pace of 3.2 miles per hour. - posted by Debbie on 3/2/2008
