Certified instructor description: An in-depth lesson on the two most popular Latin dances -- Salsa and Samba. It’s taught by former US Professional Dance champion, and “Dancing with the Stars” choreographer. Cal and his female partner show the moves while also explaining the dance’s history and background (e.g. “Rhumba was originally derived from a Cuban dance called the ‘Sol’”). You’ll start with a few basic steps. Then you’ll add on longer combos and finish with a short dance-with-music demonstration. The program also includes segments on turns, extended combinations and style variations. Note: Some parts of this video are included in his other “Partner 101” programs. ©2008. (59 min.).

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
