Certified instructor description: Seven complete Tae Bo workouts plus Billy's unique gloves-with-tubing device. One end of the tubing Velcros to your shoe; the other clips to the padded gloves (so your fingers are free, not clinched). The tubing increases resistance while also promoting proper technique (by minimizing momentum). All seven programs combine classic Tae Bo kicks, punches and jabs with Billy's legendary energy and motivation. However, each DVD is a little different. "Basics" is the easiest; it's primarily designed to teach the movements. "Boot Camp Power" is pure body-sculpting; it's fast-paced but controlled. The other five use various tempos and techniques to blend the toning directly into the aerobics (e.g. upper-body punches combined with cardio-speed kicks -- both intensified with the tubing). Kit also includes a nutrition booklet and calendar. ©2010. DVD has: Wide screen.

OK
I was very excited about this collection when I ordered. Overall it is an ok workout, but there are two videos in the collection that are too easy. There are two or three that are very challenging. Putting the bands on takes some getting used to, but I like the resistance they provide. - posted by Marla on 4/20/2012
Billy Blanks PT 24/7
I absolutely love this workout. It is great and tones your whole body. I have been doing it for 2 weeks now and can notice a difference in my body. Definitely recommend this to all. Thank you Billy Blank! Also Collage Video was great with tracking of video and quick with there shipment! - posted by Gina on 1/26/2012
Still Great!
I love this new set! It is tough and challenging! Billy is still the greatest motivator! I agree with other reviewers that the moves are the same as other Tae Bo workouts, but I like that. These exercises have proven to be extremely effective and provide great results! There are so many instructors in the home fitness market, but I always come back to Billy Blanks because I know I will get results! - posted by Dee on 1/19/2012
Not A Fan
I love Billy Blanks but this workout missed the mark. I found that all the dvds are basically the same with slight variations. The gloves are ok but not spectacular. Your better off purchasing an hour long tae bo workout in my opinion. - posted by Dena on 1/16/2012
Love Taebo but not this workout!!
I'm a huge taebo fan, and have nearly all of Billy's workouts but unfortunately this series wasn't for me. I watched all the dvd in this set and came to the conclusion that it's the same moves like in his other workouts (this set is the same as Billy Blanks Bootcamp series that have the black resistance bands) - the only difference is they incorporate the new gloves which are just OK. I ended up giving this set to my brother - which I have to add he likes. On a positive note, billy and the team are still very enthusiastic and motivational and the dvd are half hour long if you're strapped for time. - posted by Cee Doyley on 1/12/2012
Fabulous Workout!
These workouts are absolutely fantastic and work every body part to exhaustion! I have been doing them for one week and can tell the difference already as my clothes are looser and I feel wonderful. (I don't get on the scale). I look forward to each and every workout. Finally, full body workouts that are also time efficient and thoroughly enjoyable. I am hooked! Five stars all the way. - posted by Bailey on 11/13/2011
Love this workout!!!
I absolutely love Billy! I have been trying to find a workout program to get me back into shape and I must say that this is it. Billy is very motivating and I actually look forward to doing this workout. I am at the end of my first week, but I must say I am feeling the difference in my strength and stamina. Sometimes he does go fast when they do the "cardio" version of a move, and I feel I can't go that fast on certain exercises...I just go at my own pace to where I feel comfortable and know I'm not gonna injure myself. Billy does give good instruction on proper form. It is only about 30 minutes a day but still a great workout! These workouts go by fast for me cause I really do have fun with them. I was worried about working out with the bands and gloves but I do like working out with them. I kinda have big hands for a female lol but they still fit me fine. There isn't much of a stretch at the end of the workout, but I add my own 15-20 minutes of yoga for a good stretch. - posted by Erica on 11/6/2011

Reading a Time Graph
X
Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

Definition: Includes two workout activities. The aerobics segments are fast-paced standing movements like marching, dancing and jumping. These segments require no equipment. The toning sections are slow, controlled movements working against a resistance. These may include Pilates and weight training.

Benefits: The combination of both activities provides a balanced workout. The aerobics burns calories, strengthens your heart and increases stamina. The toning builds lean muscles, increases your metabolism and makes everyday activities easier.
