Fun and Worth adding
There are 5 separate ab workouts. Crunch Free, Yoga, Bikini Belly, Ab & Waist and Sexy Sporty Abs. I have 3 out of 5 favorites. Crunch Free, Ab & Waist and Sexy Sporty. Some moves are unique and different and the instructor has a lot of energy and is very good with cuing. I use these as add-ons to my current workouts. Sometimes I do just one and other times I do all 3 depending on how much time I have. Toning and resistance are my thing for the most part but I also do yoga and pilates. I've worked out for over 20 years so I'm constantly on the look out for a little something different so I can continue to confuse my muscles. The options menu is great. You can choose to do whichever workout you want. One or all. I only gave it 4 stars because I only really like 3 out of the 5 workouts offered but that's just personal choice. Others may like all 5. 10 minute solution
I'm used to the more kick-ass style of Jillian Michaels, but I do like this video. When you're crunched for time or don't want to do a full hour video, this ten minute video is the perfect substitute. It's not too difficult, but it's not super easy. Very cool! - posted by Alaina on 7/7/2011
disappointed..
While I'm reluctant to only give a 3 star review, it's the lack of intensity of the corework presented in this DVD. While the segments are only 10min which I love to save time, none of them offered a "burn" I love to feel while working the muscles. Highly recommend it
Jessica Smith's energy is contagious. This dvd is a great collection of ab exercises for 10 minute time frames. I especially liked the "crunch free" and "bikini" segments. It combines pilates, and yoga, lots of twisting combos. Very creative ab moves that I've added to my yoga and pilates classes. - posted by Sandra on 6/12/2011
BEST FOR INTERMEDIATE
This is the best ab workout I have ever done. Most ab workouts burn me out because it is too hard and repetitive/boring but this one kept my interest because of the various styles she uses. My favorite is the crunch free abs/bikini belly/ab/waist definer combo. For a person who hates to do ab crunches, I wake up actually looking forward to doing this workout. Ms. Smith is an excellent instructor (fantastic cuing). Love the variety and intensity of these abdominal exercises. I play this at least three times a week in addition to my other DVD's as I never feel that most of them have enough abdominal work. Reading a Time Graph

Each workout shows a time graph of the workout sequence, from beginning to end. For example, this workout starts with a 10-minute warm-up and ends with a 10-minute stretch. In between, you'll do aerobics, then toning, then a cooldown.

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.

At the beginning of your workout, you can select the exact segments you want to play that day. The DVD will then play all those segments in the order you chose.
