| I really look forward to walking to this music ... 30 minutes pass quickly. I use this audio CD outside as well as inside. I am 58 years old, know all the songs and find them entertaining. The quality is very good and the arrangements are not choppy sounding. Thank you for including vocalists. I can sing along if I want. The steady beat keeps me moving. I appreciated being able to choose & purchase the beats per minute; making the pace comfortable for my ability.
