I hear ya, miss M, I've bought new stuff lately too, LOL! (Got Tamilee Webb's classic buns of steel (elsewhere) and the Montenegro method workouts.

Maybe somewhere along the way I can get a new rhythm going.

I do need to be careful, though, I'm pretty tired, and tend to doze off when I get still. I'm kind of assuming that means I just need rest, but OTOH, I'd hate to lose my fitness progress.

Slinks,

I got Neon's--Bellydance for Beginners, and her new one that's coming out at the end of July. I used to take classes, but it didnt last--lack of time again.

BunnyHop,

We'll get through this : )

Augh! Bought another stretching dvd (Annette Fletcher? Never heard of her, liked the clips I saw online.)

I did a 10 minute stretching segment from one of my '10 minute' dvd's today. It was really nice to do something that felt normal. :)

After comming off adderall in the winter, I find that my body just isn't coordinating to do the tens of videos that I used to be able to do so easily.  This kills me and I look at those dvds and mentally kick myself for not having the energy or coordination.  And things aren't getting better.  Most days, all I can do is walk.  And that's hard sometimes.  Stay away from anything Jillian Michaels...don't do her, watch her, or think about her.  When you're in a place like this--it's pure torture and nothing else.

Good post.

I'm having similar issues related to exhaustion, and lack of a true set time to workout (as I have to get baby down for her nap and stay down long enough so I have the time to workout).  If I wait until night the workout just doesn't get accomplished because I'm dragging.

I'm considering the new 10 minute solution workouts, although I already have most of the older ones.  I could pull those out as well.  And yoga is great right now (if I'm not too tired sometimes I can do that at night - just a short one).
