Can you suggest some workouts that are done in an outdoor setting? Any level is fine for cardio and/or strength. Also, does Leslie Sansone have any workouts filmed outdoors? Thanks!

To the best of our knowledge, Leslie has only ever made workouts from the inside of a studio.  Examples of instructors or companies that would produce their workouts outside are Gilad, Margaret Richards' Fight Age with Strength, Self, Element, Trudie Styler, and the Core Cross Train series made by Gaiam.

I thought I had a Denise Austin that was filmed outside. Richard should do one from one of his cruises.
