Our yard is 99% clear of snow, and our glider has been uncovered! It's murky and gloomy out, raining off and on for the next few days, but it's taking the snow at long last! &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; I'm joining MRS and checking in with the Firm girls as well, although mine is from a few years back. I did Firm Cardio (StrongHeart) with Heidi today. Wonderful workout, and I'll say it again -- her ankle weight work on the floor is strikingly similar to BBL's High and Tight. BBL is new, nifty and state-of-the-art! And StrongHeart was filmed in (I think) 1996!
