LNW reminded me that I had a friend who had bad back pain. She said that she couldn't do "walks" because then it would make her back hurt. She had to run to make her back feel better. I've never heard of that before.

I was recovering from a cold when I did Fit Test and Cardio Abs.  Just a note - probably a common sense one - these workouts are not the best to do when recoverying from a cold.  Silly me, of course does them anyway.
