Every video on this website has been tested by an ACE-certified instructor and a "regular person."
They identify the good ones and discard the bad ones. Since 1987, we’ve looked at more than ten thousand videos
(yes, ten thousand!). Only the top 978 are good enough for you.
2. Accurate, no-hype descriptions
The same hands-on knowledge we use to se-lect the videos is also used to write the de-scriptions.
This unique information lets us provide the data you really need to find the right workouts for you.
3. Easy searches & easy selections
So how do you find the right workouts for you? Just decide exactly what you want. Maybe
weight loss? Advanced level? Low impact? Uses dumbbells? With upper body toning? (try
searching for that on Amazon!)
